The Vision.

Can you imagine yourself as a superhero?

Now ask yourself, what would I look like? How strong would I be? How quick would I move? How good would I feel? What kind of impact could I make on those around me? While superheroes do not exist in real life, each one of us has the ability to be the best you that you can be, and that helps you feel like a superhero.

The Process.

We believe that movement is medicine. Science tells us that exercise reduces blood pressure and cholesterol, improves your mood and productivity, and promotes better sleep. Our process begins with a physical assessment that determines strength imbalances and muscle movements. The assessment informs the corrective movement patterns implemented into the training program to balance strength and reset mind-body connections (proprioception). Throughout the program, we incorporate massage therapy and chiropractic treatments to form what we call the self-wellness triad.
